Meal Prep, whether your eating clean or following IIFYM, can be a bit annoying at times. Here I will show you the cheapest and easiest meal prep ideas I know of. Best of all- they still taste great. Overnight oats are my favorite breakfast option for college students or working Professionals. No Microwave needed! Also, this method of cooking chicken is the easiest I have found. I added in an IIFYM full day of eating just as a bonus!
