MRE Review: Menu No.9 Beef Stew (2011)

Here’s a “plain ol’ MRE review”. It’s a five-year-old Menu No.9, Beef Stew. Nothing unexpected, but it was quite good. The only thing that seemed to have suffered a bit from the age was, surprisingly, the Wheat Snack Bread. Not that WSB is ever what one would call “great”, but this one seemed to be a bit on the hard and dry side (and to say that about a WSB is saying something!). It was still edible though and with the Peanut Butter and Apple Jelly was just fine.
