Turkey Zucchini Lasagna:

Ingredients:
1 jar Walden Farms Tomato & Basil (I found mine at Smith’s or you can order here): http://amzn.to/2e4MasP
1/2 red onion
1 package of lean ground turkey
50g zucchini
1C cottage cheese
1/2C egg whites
1/2C mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350º and bake for 30 minutes

BBQ Pineapple Chicken:

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (reduce chicken for smaller portions)
1 bag frozen pineapple
1 jar Walden Farms Thick & Spicy BBQ sauce (I found mine at Smith’s or you can order here): http://amzn.to/2elcaTK

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
