Meal prep instructions!
1) Clean the kitchen
2) chop your veggies and lentils
3) wash your chicken and chop it up into small pieces
4) cook the chicken with olive oil (without anything else)
5) add in the veggies and lentils when chicken is done
6)cook on low heat until everything is soft
7) put into containers so its easy to bring wherever you go!
8) don’t worry be happy and the weight will come off trust it will happen and it will , I promise! xoxo
