Step into Brie Bella’s kitchen to learn how to make a delicious healthy meal, red lentil veggie pasta.
Ingredients
1 head of broccoli chopped
3 green onions chopped
2 portobello mushrooms chopped
I box of Organic Red Lentil Rotini
Directions:
In Stir Fry pan first put
1/4 cup of Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
then add chopped vegetables.
Add another 1/4 Roasted Garlic Olive Oil on top
Boil a pot of water, when boiling put in pasta.
Pasta and Stir Fry take about 10 min.
As it’s cooking I add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
as much as desired salt and pepper.
When pasta floats to top put in strainer and run water through it.
Lay pasta down on plate and put Stir Fry on top
