Steve1989 sent along this 1964 MCI (Meal, Combat, Individual) for me to check out. It was quite an adventure, and ended up being a bit of a teaching moment as well. Despite the fact that this ration came from the 1960s it had an accessory pack that DID NOT include cigarettes. I give my theory as to why I think that was in the video.
